@@cmdelavega can i ask another question. in the second example. u had stretch 2 face of pyramid mirror. but how do u put it back with exact perspective , I can see you make 3d layer but does it match? , when u turn on/off I can see a little shifting .

That pyramid using the 2D Layers is all an approximation - I did my best to match. I could have created a triangular matte so all sides are exactly the same. This was all experimentation and once I got a close approximation to the real pyramid I moved on. If this was for a client work, I would have gone the extra mile to get as close to 100%. Hope this helps!

If your shot moves than you have to do some tracking to have you generative image stick to the video clip. I didn't really cover tracking on this tutorial, I've covered tracking on lots of other videos. On this NBA shot I did some manual tracking (position and/or for the few frames I needed). You can also use AE's built in tracker or my favorite which is Mocha AE (free and comes bundled inside AE).

You're welcome happy it was helpful. Yeah, I imagine it took dozen of tries. Tracking is hardly a go on the first try, it sometimes takes different approaches and attempts. It all depends on the footage. Send me a link of the effect you're describing and I'd be happy to make a tutorial on it.

I would try updating drivers for your Graphics card. I haven't had any issues and I've used on two different laptops. One with an Nvidia GTX 1060 card and the other with Nvidia RTX 3000

Thanks. For music, I make sure I have a royalty free license. Usually I'll subscribe to Envato Elements or Artist or Epidemic Sound. For footage I just use what I can find on YT. In reality anyone would need to license those footage but it's super costly. My use is for educational purposes but they can claim copyright at any time. It's a gamble anyone takes.

Thanks! Select your comp, CTRL + M to send it the Render Queue. I usually select the mp4 preset. If you want higher quality, I usually go with Quicktime Apple Prores 422 HQ. If you want it on a transparent background (make sure you hide any background layers on the comp) I select Quicktime Animation Codec and for Channel select RGB+Alpha

If you have a complicated logo, you may want to prep it in Adobe Illustrator.

@@cmdelavega so i sent to illustrato and used pathfinder to combine to one mask when i paste it back the mask fills all the way to the edge so the audio animation get s cut off
